Dressing:

• white balsamico
• orange marmalade (plenty)
• Dijon mustard
• olive oil
• salt

If you leave out the grapes, this will also make a nice gratin.

Grilled Zucchini, grilled Mushrooms with Tomato Herb Dressing & Beans

Grill some

Create a dressing from

• a finely chopped shallot
• some white balsamic vinegar
• some soy sauce
• herbs
• salt, pepper and
• 3 mashed tomatoes
