It's hot - too hot ...
For this, you will need to freeze some lime juice and yoghurt ahead of time. Just before serving, you want to crush both in a mortar.
Other than that you need
a cucumber, chopped into cubes
some parsley
a can of brown lentils
a chili
olive oil
salt pepper
a chopped shallot
some red pepper, maybe ...
Mixed with crushed yoghurt and lime ice just before serving for maximum show-off.
If you want more ice, you could semi-shock-freeze the lentils.
Since the crushed effects tends to vanish fast on a hot day, you can also put the yoghurt into an ice-cube-form and just a throw one cube on top of each serving ...
