You need
- tender lettuce - any kind, really, apart from iceberg or bitter varieties
- half a cucumber, sliced
- half a red pepper
- 2 spring onion
- some fresh herbs, here: half parsley, half coriander
- half a shallot, very finely chopped, cover with
- lemon juice
- salt and brown sugar
- some pepper, then put
- a few drops of olive oil
- half a teaspoon of mustard
- cream
- yoghurt
- a pinch of nutmeg
