- chickpeas
- grill 2 red peppers in oven with some olive oil, onion (only roughly chopped) and thyme
- black olives
- parsley
- almonds
For dressing, just add some
- lemon juice (be sure to keep the liquid from the grilled peppers), add some extra
- olive oil if needed
- rosemary salt
- black pepper
- some vegie broth to taste
