- tomatoes, lots
- Cut into quarters and grill or microwave with
- an onion, chopped on top
- black olives
- olive oil
- a teaspoon of veggie broth powder
- pepper and
- paprika powder, preferably smoked
Once done, add
- beans
- smoked tofu and or
- a sundried tomato to taste, and a few
- baby spinach leaves
- and a bit of lemon juice
Serve warm.
