Salad with Chickpeas and Pomegranate

  • cucumber
  • chickpeas
  • pomegranate
  • orange to taste
  • parsley

  • shallot
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • yoghurt, a little cream to taste
  • turmeric
  • salt, pepper
  • ginger marmalade
