The basis of this is some simple
corn lettuce
though, and I think you can get away with replacing the
dimljeni sir
with some
Scamorza
if, that is, you can get that.
a few radishes
a chopped shallot
and, for the dressing:
lime juice
dijon mustard
olive oil
mayonnaise
horse radish
salt
and lots of honey.
