Dimljeni Sir Salad with Horseradish Dressing

I apologize in advance for the "You will need some Bosnian smoked fresh cheese that you will not be able to get anywhere"-bit. Don't you find it gruesome when people show off not only with the lovely salad you will probably never eat, but also with the nice holiday they just enjoyed.

The basis of this is some simple

corn lettuce

though, and I think you can get away with replacing the

dimljeni sir

with some

Scamorza

if, that is, you can get that.

a few radishes
a chopped shallot

and, for the dressing:

lime juice
dijon mustard
olive oil
mayonnaise
horse radish
salt
and lots of honey.
