has to go.  But today is all about Greece.

Add

• half a red pepper
• a nice quantity of green olives sliced
• spring onion
• some peperonis, chopped
• feta, crumbed

and dress with

• lemon juice
• olive oil
• mustard
• cream
• salt, pepper
• sugar
