Extended Cucumber Salad

Just the

• 1 cucumber 

 wouldn't have fed us all, so we added some

• tomatoes and
• lettuce

Dressing:

• shallot
• lemon juice
• salt, sugar
• dill (fresh, if available)
• cream
• a little olive oil can be sprinkled directly on the vegetables
