Fruity tomato salad

  • tomatoes
  • olives
  • oranges

  • half a shallot
  • dried apricots, cut into small pieces
  • 2 sundried tomatoes, chopped 
  • sweet orange marmalade
  • walnut oil
  • lemon juice
  • soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1 red chili

  • parsley
