Grre-entrance

Here they are again, I guess there is no getting around Greece these days. This set out to be saté dressed cucumber salad when some of the main ingredients turned out to be blocked by a dev meeting in the lunch room!

So that's how olive oil, greek peperoni and parsley found their way into this recipe ...
