- lamb's/corn lettuce
- brown mushrooms, slices thinly
- baby kumatoes
- some sunflower seed or pistachios
- a shallot
- some lemon juice and we used some fancy cassis vinegar here
- honey
- some vegi broth
- salt, smoked if you have
- pepper
- a blend of toasted & and cold press sesame oils, and admittedly, some drops of olive (sometimes it's hard to stay minimalistic)
- some dried thyme
