- 1 shallot
- a few twigs of fresh thyme
- juice of half an orange, half a lemon
- cold press sesame oil
- a little olive oil
- pepper
- some vegi broth
- a spoonful of tahini
- 2 finely chopped sundried tomatoes
Ideally, have this sit with
- 1 can of chickpeas
- black olives
- cherry tomatoes
- feta to taste
Sprinkle with pine nuts.
