- filets of 2 oranges - one blood, one plain, if you want to make this extra fancy
- a nice mix of red and yellow cherry tomatoes
- black olives, chopped into slices
- lemon juice
- sweet orange marmalade (lots)
- some juice of the chopped oranges
- some parsley
- shallot, chopped
- pepper, salt
- olive oil, or some walnut oil will also be nice
- a bit of ginger juice, if you like it.
