Chickpeas and Fig Salad

Finally down to some soothing autumn recipes.

chickpeas
fresh figs, cut into slices
1 spring onion
fresh parsley
pistachios

and a dressing made from
lemon juice
olive oil
a very finely chopped shallot
honey
salt to taste and black pepper

garnish with some crispy danish onion and crumbed feta
