• lamb's lettuce

• some bergkäse, grated or 'flaked'
• mild onion rings
• parsley

• sweet mustard
• brown sugar
• apple juice
• pumpkin seed oil
• salt, pepper

Add some 'lye pretzel croutons' (slice thinly, brush with a little oil and toast)

Carrot & Radish Salad

• radishes
• carrots, 'flakes'
• parsley
• a few green olives, rings
• sunflower seeds

• shallot, finely chopped
• salt
• mustard
• olive oil
• yoghurt
• 1 finely chopped pickled gurken
• a pinch of brown sugar

"Bunter Gartensalat" - Mixed Garden Salad

Trying to counteract the fancy food frenzy today (and given that 'gemischter Salat' is our all time top hit when it comes to clicks, it seems that counter trend is the new trend):

• lettuce
• red pepper, chopped finely
• cucumber, chopped finely
• celery
• some seeds
• parsley, curly

• lemon juice (not much)
• shallot, very finely chopped
• some veggiebroth
• a little mustard
• paprika powder
• olive oil
• sugar
• pepper
