Spring seems just around the corner, but not quite ready yet. While we're waiting for that new range of veggies to appear on the shelves, here's some more winter magic:
- broad beans
- orange
- half a cucumber, seeds out
- some pickled onions
- some pistachios
- half a shallot
- chopped sundried tomatoes
- sweet orange jam
- olive oil
- some vegie broth
- a dash of smoked sesame oil
- pepper
- salt, smoked if available
- white balsamico
