Iceberg & apricots

  • shallot, chop finely, drizzle with
  • lemon juice, add
  • honey & orange marmalade, salt
  • olive oil, and dress
  • iceberg, cut into stripes, with it. Top with
  • fresh apricots, salted
  • almonds
  • hazelnuts
  • fresh coriander

Make a sauce from

  • tahini
  • hot water
  • lemon juice and
  • salt

and serve this as extra dressing.
