Chicory Salad with Grilled Peppers and Pine Nuts

• chicory
• some radishes
• oranges
• grilled green peppers
• some pine nuts

• orange juice
• white balsamico
• orange marmalade
• salt
• pepper
• olive oil

Mixed Peppers Salad

any colourful peppers you find
orange

1-2 shallots
lemon juice
some sugar
seasoned salt (with garlic, if available) - we had a fancy mix donated that contained garlic and some other mixed herbs
pepper
2-3 cherry tomatoes, chopped or crushed

topping
feta crumbs
walnuts
parsley
1-2 chopped sundried tomatoes

Spring onion
A thin pale green pepper
Lots of green olives

Parmesan cheese, flakes
Mayonnaise
Some white balsamico
Dijon mustard
Brown sugar
Salt
Olive Oil
