Bok Choi Salad

bok choi (Chinese vegetable, sometimes also called pak choi)
spring onion
fresh ginger, very fine slices (use peeler)

dressing:
lime juice
soy sauce, preferably japanese
chili
ginger marmalade
peanut oil
sesame oil
some sesame seeds for topping
