Fennel and Orange Salad with Basil & Cream

  • fennel, sliced thinly
  • orange filets
  • basil

for the dressing:
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • white balsamic vinegar
  • juice from cutting the oranges
  • smoked salt
  • cream
  • some olive oil
  • orange marmalade
  • some brown sugar
