Show-off Winter Salad

 Not your ordinary salad this one:

• corn lettuce
• 2 boiled corn cobs, cut into stripes
• chestnuts, baked/roasted
• cress

dress to impress:

• half a shallot, chopped or blended
• lots of honey
• a little mustard
• white balsamic vinegar
• vegie broth
• some pepper
