Sweet Potato & Avocado Salad

Sweet Potatoes - Boil or microwaved until just tender.
Avocados
Spring onion
Coriander
Red Chili
Some Celery

Peanut or olive oil
Some veggie broth from steaming the sweet potatoes
Soy sauce
Lime juice
Sesame oil

Roasted Winter Veggies with Parsley Cream

Cut up some sweet potatoes and parsnip. Roast in a grill or frying pan.

Chop some fresh parsley, add a few drop of lemon juice and salt, sour cream.

Cover the warm veggies with cream.
