A soft avocado (that will make the dressing nice and creamy)
chop your shallot, finely
add some light balsamic vinegar
a generous blob of orange marmalade (with peel)
basil, rather finely chopped
some finely chopped sundried tomatoes
olive oil
some sweet mustard
chives, cut generously
salt, pepper
a little parmesan
