Baby Spinach Potato Salad

So, what do we have today? Kind of a weird Christmas special. A lot of German families have Kartoffelsalat and Würstchen on the 24th. No Würstchen we don't have but here's a nice potato salad.

Potatos, boiled, slice
Apple, slice
Pickled gurken, slice
Eggs, boiled, slice
Some capers
Shallot
Lemon juice
Half yoghurt, half mayonnaise
Salt
Honey
And some baby spinach leaves.
