Carrot_Nut_Nutmeg Salad

This is dead easy.

Grate lots of carrots.
Mix with lots of almonds, a few raisins and fresh parsley.

Dressing:
Lemon juice and lots of honey.
Olive oil, salt and a twist of nutmeg (careful not to overdose).
