Lady Marmalade

Ooooh ...

I fear you may be getting tired of ginger and orange marmalade recipes, but I am trying to establish them as basic salad dressing ingredients. I think they should be! They deserve to!

So here's another pamphlet, and: shopping@, we need new orange marmalade, please.

Chicory, cut
Orange, filleted
Some sweet mustard pickled gurken (Senfgurken)
Boiled eggs

A finely chopped shallot
some grated fresh ginger
lots of ginger marmalade
Some lemon juice
some white balsamico
Salt, lots, to balance all that sweetness
coarse black pepper
Olive oil
