Yellow Salad

I admit this recipe relies heavily on the quality of ready made curry sauce you get. Besides that, you will need:

Pineapple. Can be canned.
Boiled eggs
Avocado
Radishes
Mustard pickled soft gurken (senfgurken)

Shallot
Lemon juice
Curry sauce
Some plain yoghurt
Some pineapple juice (saved from either can or chopping board)
Salt
