Parsnip and Carrot Winter Salad

Parsnip - cut into flakes with peeler
Carrots - flakes of thin slices
Apple - thin slices
Walnuts.

Dressing:
Shallot
Lemon juice and lots of good olive oil
Honey
a little soy sauce


Making of:
3 great colleagues
1 photographer
1 colleague for the washing-up
