Like our inspiration for today’s salad, this one is easy and fast to prepare.
Just take some lettuce and rocket, a can of pickled artichokes and black
olives. Wash and cut the salad, cut the artichoke into quarters and add
the same ratio of black olives. Then just mix gently and add the
dressing.
For the dressing: balsamico, olive oil, sweet mustard, salt and pepper.
