Winter Salad with Smoked Tofu

Telegram style today, but do try this if you like a good smokey single malt, the smokeyness may not be for salad beginners :) Though one of them was witnessed to enjoy this.

beetroot, cooked
apple - slices
smoked tofu, thinly sliced
some celeriac, tiny cubes
some, not many sliced mushrooms

olive oil
sweet mustard
orange marmalade
lime juice & some white balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper
finely chopped onion
