Two cans of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered. Some tasty tomatoes, not plastic please!
Feta cheese is preferred but if you don't have it Parmesan is fine as well.
For the dressing use: olive oil, lemon juice, an onion and salt and pepper.
