While you seem to have forgotten us, we are trying our best to weakly keep up the salad production with glass-house

tomatoes.

parsley
spring onion
rosemary

parmesan flakes (again! can't really help the flake thing when it's snowing like crazy in March ...)
black olives

olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper
