This "salad" thing has a soupy base consisting of
coconut milk
sambal oelek
soy sauce
and a little bit of "squish"ed garlic
some lemon juice
Mix all this and add it to
a can of cooked brown lentils.
Chop some spring onion
using a vegetable peeler, create some thin sniplets of carrot
cut cucumber into seedless cubes
fresh coriander leaves
some chilis, seeded, cut in rings for decoration
optional: some peanuts
and place all that on top of the "soup"
Stir before eating, but not before serving ;)
