Sprouts Galore

Note: This recipe involves yet another high tech challenge: the boiling of Brussels sprouts.

Sentence of the day: It's already done.
Everything I tried to do today had already happened.
Wink, wink. Who reads our blog?

The Brussels sprouts: already boiled, nicely.
Not too soft, not too crunchy.
Already chopped in half.

Already covered with
Danish fried onions
sprouts - some short kind, lentil, radish ...
sundried tomatoes and smoked tofu,
chopped finely
raw sea salt


To round this off, just add lemon juice and olive oil.
