You need:
Some carrots, greated. The rest of yesterdays celeriac, peeled and grated. An apple - could be greated, but may as well be cut up if the person grating things has already hurt his fingers badly.
Some almonds please, again.
An onion, but you can leave that in this case.
Lemon juice, olive oil, salt and some honey :)
