Mannheim Wunder

Super quick, super yummy, I need to share this from on the road:

Throw some corn lettuce (yes, it is still winter) on plate, decorate with flakes of raw beetroot, pear and brown mushrooms - sliced off with a vegetable peeler (we need to get one, homies). Top with some sprouts and walnuts.
Dressing to sprinkle on top: sweet mustard, mix of black and white balsamicos and a little lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper.
