Spicy Lentil Salad

For this recipe, lacking a stove and the time, we used some pre-cooked canned brown lentils.
Pistacios. Carrots, celeriac. Fresh parsley (the curly kind). An onion, finely chopped. Sundried tomatoes. Good olive oil, some lemon juice. The twist for the dressing are some unusual spices: some Garam Masala, e. g., or the good old Lebkuchengewürz. To make it extra fancy, you may even want to use some seeds like cumin, fenugreek, brown mustard and toast them in a frying pan for fragrance ...

We'll be playing around with this a little.
