If I am still in the interview at salad preparing time, you could:
cut up the raddichio (thinnish stripes)
slice the radieschen (radishes)
peel orange and cut into thin slices, quartered (pips removed). Any excess orange juice from cutting can go in the bowl.
and, if time, finely chop one shallot for the dressing which will be:
orange marmalade, white balsamico, olive oil, salt & pepper
But I should be able to take care of that.
