Corn Lettuce, Croutons and Guacamole

2 mashed soft avocados (don't waste the fun job of mashing them on someone who does not appreciate it :)
1 tomato, cut in small pieces
2 red chilis, pacified for the softies
lemon juice, lots
spring onion
salt pepper

corn lettuce can be sprinkled with lemon juice, olive oil
and some cheesy croutons (really, our readymade ones weren't too exciting)
