Who's Afraid of Sprouts?

We decided we were not, not anymore - Although that Ehec summer of 2010 has left a traumatic shadow on my once favourite vegetable ... And I recall the signs saying "Gurke unschuldig" once the real culprit had been identified. So today's salad is a lesson in forgiving.

Anyhow:

sprouts. Bean sprouts seem to be the only ones that seem to have survived the crisis.
carrot curls (use a vegetable peeler and a patient intern)
fresh coriander leaves
some spring onion
some baby corn cobs

dressing:
a tiny bit of garlic
sambal oelek
coconut milk
crunchy peanut butter
some hot water
soy sauce

some peanuts for topping for the style-oh photograph
