Fresh Greens with Tsatsiki

Another Monday creation ...

We had some

green lettuce (roma)
and a cucumber sitting in the fridge
plus some pickled gurken (cornichons)
and dill

dumped a yoghurty tsatsiki like dressing on it:
onion (rings)
olive oil
lemon juice
yoghurt
cucumber (a little, grated, not too much water)
salt
you may want to add some quark if you are familiar with the concept of quark/topfen

and garnished with some
garlic croutons
sunflower seeds
and walnuts
